About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pre-School Coordinator to lead and coordinate the Early Years/Pre-Primary programme. The role involves ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, supporting teachers, engaging with parents, and maintaining a safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities
1. Academic & Curriculum Leadership
Plan, coordinate and monitor the Pre-School curriculum in alignment with the school's philosophy and learning objectives.
Ensure age-appropriate, play-based and experiential learning practices.
Monitor lesson planning, classroom practices and children's learning outcomes.
Ensure effective implementation of the academic calendar, activities and events.
Support teachers in developing engaging learning experiences and resources.
2. Teacher Support & Development
Mentor, guide and support Pre-School teachers in their day-to-day academic responsibilities.




Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training and professional development needs of teachers.
Facilitate sharing of best practices and collaborative planning.
Support current teachers during their induction and onboarding.
3. Student Development & Well-being
Ensure a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for all children.
Monitor children's developmental, social-emotional and academic progress.
Work with teachers to identify children requiring additional support.
Coordinate with counsellors, special educators and parents wherever required.
Ensure safeguarding and child-protection practices are consistently followed.
4. Parent Engagement
Build positive and professional relationships with parents.
Address parent queries and concerns in a timely and sensitive manner.
Organise parent orientations, meetings and engagement activities.
