Role Description The Banking Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panchkula. The Banking Officer will handle day-to-day branch operations, including opening and servicing customer accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, and supporting loan documentation and disbursal. This role involves providing responsive customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues,



and guiding customers on suitable banking products. The Banking Officer will also support business development activities by building and maintaining relationships with individual and business customers, promoting bank offerings, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. The role requires accurate record-keeping, coordination with internal teams, and proactive follow-up to deliver a seamless branch experience.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance and understanding of retail banking products and services.
Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
Effective Communication abilities, including transparent verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
