Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru.



The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities with schools, educational partners, and institutions, focusing on promoting Brainy n Bright’s STEM programs and services. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored solutions to decision-makers. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals and pricing, and tracking opportunities through the sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will also support local marketing initiatives, represent the organization at events and meetings, and regularly report on targets, performance, and market insights.
