Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience
- Hands-on experience in Payroll Processing
- Attendance Management
- Employee Entry & Exit Formalities
- Recruitment and Candidate Screening
- Maintaining employee records in HRMS software
- Positive knowledge of HR Operations and Documentation
- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi
