Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about improving customer interaction quality? We’re looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) to join our team and drive quality, compliance, and performance improvement.

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of calls and ensure adherence to company standards and processes
• Conduct internal and external calibration sessions
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents
• Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements
• Support training and development initiatives in coordination with trainers
• Manage and evaluate WBR & MBR processes, both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements




• Track quality metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives

? Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst
• Experience in quality auditing and feedback delivery
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience with call calibration and WBR/MBR reporting
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Training and Operations teams
• Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of quality frameworks and performance metrics
