About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the organisation's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, policy implementation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Manage performance appraisal cycles, KPI tracking, and employee development plans.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
