Role Description The Lead Fertilizer Business role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing and growing the fertilizer segment within the Multiplex Group. This role involves developing and executing business strategies for fertilizers, managing product portfolios, and driving sales and marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets. The individual will collaborate with R&D;, production, and quality teams to align product development with market needs and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include market analysis, customer engagement, channel partner management, forecasting and budgeting, and performance monitoring to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met. The role also includes mentoring team members, preparing business reports, and representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
