About The Role
As a Relationship Manager at LEOR, you will own the client relationship from the first consultation onward. You will guide clients through their treatment plans, convert consultations into committed programmes, and stay with them through every session so that the experience matches the standard of the clinical work.

Responsibilities:
1. Consultation and Conversion
Receive clients, understand their concerns and take them through the consultation journey with the doctor.
Present treatment plans, packages and pricing with clarity and conviction,
and close the sale.
Meet monthly targets on conversions, packages and upgrades.
2. Relationship Management
Own a portfolio of clients as their single point of contact at the clinic.
Follow up on pending sessions, dues and renewals, and bring lapsed clients back.
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
3. Coordination and Experience
Coordinate consultation and session schedules between clients, doctors and the technical team.
Ensure every visit runs to time and to LEOR Clinic standards, from arrival to departure.
Resolve client concerns quickly and escalate clinical matters to the doctor without delay.
4. Records and Reporting
Maintain accurate client records, treatment plans and payment details in the clinic CRM.
Handle billing and collections accurately.
Report daily on consultations, conversions and collections.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
