Role Description The Youth Program Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing online youth-focused programs that support interview preparation, skill-building, and career readiness. This role oversees the development of age-appropriate curricula, workshops,



and mentorship initiatives tailored for students and early-career professionals using PInterview’s digital platform. The Youth Program Manager coordinates with industry professionals and domain experts to schedule sessions, align program content with learner needs, and maintain high-quality participant experiences. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring program performance and feedback, refining program structures, managing communication with participants and partners, and ensuring that youth programs align with PInterview’s overall mission. The role also involves reporting on outcomes, recommending improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to expand and innovate youth-focused offerings.
Qualifications
