As we expand our trips to more destinations across India, we're building a team of passionate Trip Captains who can lead our groups on the road.

THE ROLE — TRIP CAPTAIN
As a Trip Captain, you'll be the on-ground face of Ghumo Bihar during our trips.
Your responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate group trips
• Manage travellers throughout the journey
• Coordinate with hotels, transport & local partners
• Handle on-ground situations and basic emergencies
• Keep the group informed and engaged
• Ensure a smooth, protected & enjoyable trip experience
