Change Management- Investment Performance Reporting
Senior Manager supports change management activities focused on process improvements and reporting accuracy within the Investments Performance Reporting team. This role is ideal for candidates eager to develop foundational skills in change management, lean methodologies, and investment performance monitoring.
We will count on you to:

Serve as a subject matter expert on investment performance methodologies, including TWRR, money-weighted returns (MWRR), attribution analysis, risk metrics, and private markets performance measures.
Assist in driving change management initiatives to improve team workflows and reporting processes.
Support the identification and elimination of inefficiencies using lean principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recent tools,



methodologies, and process improvements.
Contribute to the preparation and quality control of investment performance reports, including asset allocation, risk analysis, and performance attribution.
Help monitor the impact of change initiatives and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes and changes implemented.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to build change management and investment reporting skills.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to support adoption of changes.
Issue resolution and root cause analysis, whilst assessing the wider employee or client impact and communicate within the team.
Driving Process Improvement Initiatives and delivering results in line with Business Priorities
Suggest and implement improvements to process and delivery to ensure productivity is maintained and efficiency met.
