Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, web research, databases, and other channels.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
Understand prospects' current document and business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, use cases, decision-making authority, and potential fit.




Schedule product demos and discovery meetings for the sales team.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate lead, activity, and follow-up information in CRM and sales tools.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and lead-generation campaigns.
Track key sales activities and performance metrics, including calls, conversations, qualified leads, meetings, and conversions.
Stay updated on AI automation, document processing, ERP solutions, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Strong inside sales, lead generation, prospecting, and cold-calling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
