Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Security & Facility Services Operations role based in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing day-to-day security operations across assigned properties, including managing security personnel, monitoring access control, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The Security & Facility Services Operations professional will coordinate facility services such as housekeeping, maintenance,



and vendor management to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, tracking incident reports, implementing corrective actions, and supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires collaboration with property management teams and clients to address operational issues, optimize service delivery, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in security operations management, including access control, incident handling, and emergency response coordination.
Experience in facility services oversight, covering housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and vendor/supplier management.
Knowledge of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and ESG-related best practices relevant to real estate and property management.
Proficiency in using facility management or security
