Role Description: The TeleCaller role at Cybernous Infosec Consulting LLP is a remote, contract position focused on engaging prospective learners and supporting existing participants in CISSP training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls to leads, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining course features and benefits, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The TeleCaller will maintain call records, update tracking tools, and follow up on interested candidates to ensure timely communication. The role also involves addressing basic questions about program structure,



scheduling reminders for live sessions, and providing a professional, courteous experience in every interaction. Collaboration with the sales and training teams to share feedback from learners and refine messaging is an significant part of this position.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi and the ability to build rapport over phone and online channels.
Customer service and telecalling abilities, such as handling inquiries, managing objections, and providing accurate information about training programs.
Basic sales and persuasion skills to identify learner needs, present suitable offerings, and support enrollment decisions without pressure.
Organisational and time-management skills for managing call lists, follow-ups, and documentation in the tracking systems.
