The School Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of the school, ensuring smooth functioning of the campus and adherence to organisational standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily school operations, administration, and campus functioning.
Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure smooth execution of school processes.
Address and resolve parent concerns, operational issues, and stakeholder escalations in a timely manner.
Support teacher recruitment, onboarding, training,



and staff engagement.
Monitor student enrolment processes and maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
Ensure campus infrastructure, hygiene, security, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
Monitor compliance with organisational policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions to improve the overall school experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Management, Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in school administration, operations, or educational management, preferably in a K–12 environment.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination.
