What Will You Be Doing?





Requirement Gathering & Analysis

Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders in the Utility / Energy domain.
Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.

Domain Analysis (Utility / Energy)

Work on use cases related to Power & Utilities, Retail Energy, Metering, Billing, Customer Information Systems (CIS), Outage Management (OMS), Energy Trading, or Regulatory Reporting.
Understand end-to-end utility workflows such as customer onboarding, billing cycles, consumption data, settlements, and compliance.

Documentation

Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
Ensure documentation reflects utility-specific business rules and regulatory constraints.

Process Mapping & Improvement

Analyze current-state utility processes and define future-state workflows.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and autom
