About Guapd
Guapd is a newly launched platform that makes brand and creator deals easy. Brands and creators run the entire deal, from offer and negotiation to deliverables and payment, in one place, without agency markups or WhatsApp chaos. We launched recently and already have 1,000+ creators on board. Now we are bringing brands on, and we need someone to own that.
The Role
This is our first business hire and a rigorous, target-driven role. You will work directly with the founders and own how brands discover, join, and succeed on Guapd. It is a wear-many-hats role for someone who wants to be early, move fast, and build from the ground up.
What You Will Do
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets for reaching out to and onboarding brands
Creatively find brands that run creator campaigns, using AI tools and unconventional research to build strong target lists
Reach out across email, LinkedIn, and other channels with creative, personalized outreach that gets replies
Onboard brands and walk them through their first campaign on Guapd
Support brands from first offer to completed, paid deal, as their go-to person
Feed front-line insights back to the founders to sharpen our product and pitch
What We Are Looking For
A track record of hitting targets, and the drive to thrive in a rigorous, fast-paced role
AI-native: you use AI tools fluently to find brands, research prospects, and craft outreach faster and better than most
Excellent written and spoken English, and the polish to talk credibly to brand marketing managers and build trust fast
Creativity in finding and reaching brands: you do not just work a list, you invent new ways in
Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or influencer/brand marketing, or the hunger to prove yourself early-career
Comfort with cold outreach and resilience to hearing no
Strong organization to manage many brand relationships at once
Bonus: familiarity with the Indian creator a
