Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, display, and email to drive lead generation, sales,



and brand awareness for multiple business verticals. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, analyzing data and user behavior, preparing performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve ROI. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align campaign objectives with business goals, coordinating with creative teams on ad copy and visuals, and staying current with industry trends and platform updates. The manager will continuously test new strategies, audiences, and creatives to enhance campaign effectiveness and support the overall growth of Jolly Group of Companies.
