Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual assets for both print and digital platforms, including marketing collateral, web graphics, social media content, and more.
- Develop and maintain company brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all projects and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that align with marketing org goals and brand identity.
- Create engaging designs optimized for screens and web,



adhering to best practices in UI/UX and digital design principles.
- Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, and similar platforms) to produce innovative image and video content.
- Support the development and refinement of design processes to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
- Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and industry advancements, with a particular focus on AI and Bitcoin visuals and messaging.

Required Qualifications:
- Design Expertise: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating real-world projects across print and digital mediums.
- Experience: 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record in a 'full-stack' design role covering diverse marketing tasks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in core design tools, including Figma, Canva, and Adobe CC(Illustrator, Photoshop are a must). Experience with additional Adobe tool
