- Lead a team of software engineers, quality engineers, and architects responsible for multiple cloud offerings, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Product Management, Cloud Operations, and Customers to define product requirements, prioritize and refine features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively participate in every aspect of the entire software development lifecycle including input on specifications, designs, development, implementation, test design, test implementation, optimization, and delivery.
- Lead and inspire team while guiding them through agile methodologies, facilitating effective collaboration, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Engineering Team, exploring new technologies, methodologies, and market opportunities to enhance overall offerings and delivery.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development across Cloud offerings.

Qualifications




- Undergraduate degree required; degree and/or significant coursework in computer science, or similar engineering program
- 3-5 years of professional experience preferred; Minimum of 5 years of relevant management/supervisory experience, managing teams of software engineering professionals. Exceptional management skills and previous experience managing large teams across different time zones preferred.
- Robust understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and their application in product development is essential. This includes knowledge of cloud architecture, services, and best practices.
- Previous experience overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including strategy development, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 and/or SOC2 a plus
- AWS Cloud Practitioner; AWS Solutions Architect; AWS Dev
