Job Title: Business Development Manager – Healthcare Practice (US Market)
Location: Remote (India) | Shift: US Hours

What You'll Do
Drive recent business across the US healthcare market through hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pathology chains, and research organizations.
Generate staffing requirements for contract and permanent allied healthcare professionals.
Build relationships with Hospital Administrators, Procurement, HR, Lab Directors, and Operations leaders.
Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Grow company Healthcare Practice by developing long-term client partnerships.

What We're Looking For
5–10 years of Business Development / Enterprise Sales experience.
Experience selling staffing, workforce solutions, Healthcare IT, RCM, Clinical Services, or other healthcare services to US healthcare clients.
Robust network across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, pathology,



or healthcare organizations.
Excellent consultative selling, client acquisition, and relationship management skills.
Comfortable working US shift .

Allied Healthcare Focus
You should be familiar with hiring demand for roles such as:
Lab Technicians
Phlebotomists
Research Analysts & Research Assistants
Sample Handlers
Medical Billers
Medical Schedulers
Patient Access Professionals
