Sales Operations Specialist (Q2C – SAP) Location: Contract Duration: Work Model: Hybrid (4 days/week onsite)

Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist with experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes to support order management, contract administration, and sales operations activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Renewal Operations, Order Management, or Contract Management , with working knowledge of SAP .

Process and validate sales orders in SAP.

Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve order and contract-related issues.

Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and SLA adherence.

1–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Renewal Operations, Order Management, or Contract Management.

~ Hands-on experience with SAP .

~ Proficiency in MS Excel.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
