We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Procurement Executive to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in
English (and preferably a basic understanding of Chinese) to effectively coordinate
with suppliers, negotiate deals, and manage the end-to-end procurement process for
international projects.

Key Responsibilities
-Communicate professionally with Indian and Chinese suppliers for quotations,
production updates, and shipment coordination.
-Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, and follow-ups to
ensure timely deliveries.
-Coordinate with logistics and freight forwarding companies for both air and
sea shipments (LCL/FCL).




-Evaluate vendor performance and maintain long-term, reliable supplier
relationships.
-Assist in preparing and reviewing import/export and legal documentation.
-Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability to ensure cost-effective
procurement.
-Collaborate closely with internal departments for smooth order execution and
project completion.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related
field).
-1–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor coordination
(preferably in an export or trading company).
-Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping procedures, and international trade
documentation.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and WeChat is essential.
-Knowledge of the Chinese language (spoken or written) will be an added
advantage.
