Job description
- The candidate should have:
- Knowledge of Exotic Materials viz. Titanium, Tantalum, Hastelloy, Zirconium, Nickel Alloys, etc.
- Knowledge of manufacturing of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Columns, Reactors, etc.

Project Planning :
- Develop comprehensive project plans.
- Define the operational workflow and schedule activities at a micro level to ensure timely
- execution.

. Resource Management :
- Estimate manpower, resources, and time requirements for project activities.
- Ensure adherence to schedules through daily, weekly, and monthly progress monitoring

Process Improvement :
- Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, minimize costs, and enhance quality.




- Provide actionable insights to the manufacturing and inspection teams.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management:
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure high-quality execution of processes such as fabrication, machining, forming, and heat treatment

Documentation & Procedures :
- Prepare essential manufacturing documents, including layout plans, fabrication procedures, and testing & inspection plans.

Cross-Departmental Coordination :
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve technical and commercial challenges
