About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic Operations Intern to support our travel operations and customer service team. You’ll get hands-on exposure to how a large-scale travel company manages bookings, vendor coordination, and traveler experience — from inquiry to return.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the operations team in managing bookings, confirmations, and itineraries for domestic & international trips.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and transport vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Support pre-departure documentation — including vouchers,



visa coordination, and travel checklists.
Handle traveler updates and queries, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
Maintain records and reports for daily operations and client bookings.
Contribute to improving process efficiency and internal coordination.

Who You Are
A travel enthusiast with strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Eager to learn the end-to-end process of travel operations.
Proficient with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
