Role Description The Senior Upwork Bidder Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end bidding process on Upwork and similar platforms,



including identifying relevant projects, crafting tailored proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to align bids with capabilities. The Senior Manager will oversee a team of bidders, set performance targets, refine bidding strategies, and maintain accurate tracking of leads, conversions, and client communication. Daily work includes market research, reviewing project requirements, optimizing proposal templates, following up on bids, and maintaining robust relationships with existing and potential clients. The role also involves collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to improve win rates and ensure a smooth handover from bid to project execution.
Qualifications
Experience in online bidding and proposal management on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or similar, including crafting persuasive, customized proposals and managing multiple bids simultaneously.
