Role & responsibilities
- Database Platforms : EDB PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
- Tools : pgBackRest, WAL, pgBouncer, PG Pool, PEM, MySQL Workbench, MySQL replication, EFM, and monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, or Prometheus.
- Scripting : Proficiency in SQL, Bash, Python, or other automation languages.
- Cloud Platforms : AWS, GCP, Azure (experience with cloud-specific database services is preferred).
- Security : Strong knowledge of database security protocols and compliance standards.
- Operating Systems : Linux (preferably Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL) and Windows Server.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive approach to learning and applying current technologies.
