Role Description The Ecommerce Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Rajkot, responsible for driving online sales and brand visibility for Jolly Group of Companies across its diverse product portfolio. This role involves developing and executing e-commerce marketing strategies, managing online marketplaces and brand websites,



and coordinating product listings, pricing, and promotions. The manager will analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize digital initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with sales, design, and operations teams, overseeing marketing calendars, supervising content and creatives for online channels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also includes managing projects related to e-commerce platform enhancements, reporting regularly to leadership on performance, and identifying new online growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong e-commerce and sales skills, with experience managing online marketplaces or brand platforms and driving revenue through digital channels.
Solid marketing strategy capabilities, including planning campaigns, positioning products, and aligning initiatives with business objectives.
