Innoknowvex is an EdTech platform focused on future-ready skills, practical learning, industry exposure, and career outcomes. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Pitch Innoknowvex products/services to prospective customers.
Handle follow-ups, customer queries, and objections.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Maintain CRM and lead-tracking records.
Research new market and business opportunities.
Support the sales team in lead conversion and deal closure.

Skills Required
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Confidence in making calls and interacting with customers.
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and work in a performance-driven environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Eligibility




Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in any stream.
Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or EdTech.
Excellent English communication skills.
Available for a full-time internship.
Willing to work from office.

Compensation
Internship: ₹18,000/month – Performance Based
Post Internship: ₹3.6 LPA + ₹2.4 LPA Variable – Performance Based
