Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Motor Insurance to manage multiple teams and Team Leaders across fuel outlet locations. The role will be responsible for driving motor insurance business, team performance, field operations, manpower planning, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a minimum of 10+ teams along with Team Leaders and ensure achievement of business targets.
Take overall responsibility for Motor Insurance sales and business development across assigned fuel outlet locations.
Regularly travel across all assigned fuel outlets to monitor team performance, support operations, and address business requirements.
Drive motor insurance sales, renewals, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.
Guide and motivate TLs and Executives to improve productivity and achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor daily sales performance, conversion ratios, renewals, and outlet-wise business performance.
Identify underperforming teams/outlets and implement corrective measures to improve results.




Coordinate with fuel outlet management and other stakeholders to ensure smooth insurance operations.
Plan and manage manpower requirements based on outlet-wise business needs.
Take ownership of hiring and team expansion, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Support TLs in team building and recruitment of Insurance Executives.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and field visits.
Ensure proper adherence to company processes, insurance guidelines, and operational procedures.
Prepare and share regular MIS and performance reports with management.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Motor Insurance / General Insurance / Insurance Broking.
Motor Insurance experience is mandatory/preferred.
Experience in managing multiple teams and Team Leaders.
Strong experience in field sales and team management.
Experience in handling business across multiple locations/outlets will be an advantage.
