We are looking for a highly skilled Python Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in software development and expertise in Flask, FastAPI, Django, Docker, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Linux, VCS, and CI/CD pipelines . The role requires strong leadership capabilities to drive the technical roadmap, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in software development. Experience with AI/ML for at least 1 year is a plus.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python applications.
- Architecture & Design: Architect, develop, and optimize backend services using Flask and FastAPI .
- Database Management: Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB .
- Caching & Message Queues: Implement caching strategies using Redis and manage event-driven architecture with Kafka .
- Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes .
- Cloud Services:



Manage deployments on AWS and GCP , optimizing cost and performance.
- DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth software delivery.
- System Administration: Work with Linux environments for scripting, automation, and server management.
- Version Control: Ensure best practices in code management using VCS (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) .
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.
- AI/ML Integration (Good to Have): Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate ML models into Python applications.
