Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and presenting suitable Grade Learner Academy programs. Day-to-day tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, and following up to convert inquiries into enrollments.
The role also requires coordinating with academic and placement teams, addressing learner queries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the admission process. The Inside Sales Representative will work towards individual and team targets while contributing to the academy’s growth.
