Geroo Jaipur is looking for a Senior E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across B2B and B2C platforms. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who has hands-on experience managing multi-marketplace selling (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, TataCliq, Ajio, and similar platforms), and who thrives on building efficient systems, driving sales growth, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Platform & Operations Management
* Own end-to-end daily operations across all marketplace accounts (B2B and B2C)
* Manage product catalog updates, listings, pricing, and inventory sync across platforms
* Coordinate closely with marketplace account managers to stay ahead of platform updates, policy changes, and growth opportunities

Growth & Strategy
* Design and execute strategies to drive sales through e-commerce marketplaces, including promotions,



catalog optimization, and platform-specific growth levers
* Track key e-commerce metrics (conversion, AOV, return rates, marketplace visibility) and translate insights into action plans
* Identify current marketplace or channel opportunities aligned with brand positioning

Customer Experience
* Address and resolve customer issues and concerns across platforms in a timely, solution-oriented manner
* Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback from marketplaces to improve product and service quality
* Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

* 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, ideally within apparel, fashion, or lifestyle categories
* Strong working knowledge of marketplace seller platforms (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, TataCliq, Ajio, etc.)
* Proven ability to independently manage catalog operation
