Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining on-premises physical servers.
Support environments consisting of multiple physical servers and virtual machines.
Assist in managing servers deployed at client locations.
Support virtualization environments and VM lifecycle management.
Assist with VM creation, configuration, maintenance, backup, and decommissioning.
Assist with IP allocation and network configuration.
Maintain infrastructure documentation and configuration records.
Support infrastructure capacity and resource monitoring.
Server Management
Assist in administering Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
Gain exposure to Dell and HP physical servers.
Monitor server health and system performance.
Assist in troubleshooting CPU, memory, storage, and performance issues.
Monitor server availability and application services.
