Role Description
The Marketing will be responsible for executing integrated marketing initiatives to support lead generation, brand building, and sales enablement across residential real estate projects. The role involves hands-on management of digital marketing campaigns, CRM operations, content coordination, vendor engagement, and on-ground marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and support sales conversions.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
Manage CRM systems, including lead entry, workflow configuration, automation triggers, and lead lifecycle tracking.




Execute WhatsApp automated marketing campaigns to engage customers, brokers, and channel partners.
Optimize and manage listings on property portals such as 99acres, Magicbricks, and Housing.com.
Conduct market research and analyze campaign data to support informed marketing decisions.
Manage tele-callers and ensure effective follow-up, lead tracking, and reporting.
Plan and execute influencer marketing, PR initiatives, broker meets, and on-ground promotional events.
Coordinate with vendors for collaterals, photo shoots, site branding, digital assets, and media execution.
Develop and implement media plans covering outdoor, print, BTL, and recent-age digital media.
Create and edit marketing content including posts, advertisements, videos, and creatives.
Manage and maintain the company website and overall digital presence.
Ensure accurate documentation, audit-ready records, and timely updating of all
