The HootLab Media is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon.

If you’re someone who enjoys finding new opportunities, building client relationships, pitching ideas, and turning conversations into business — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and reach out to potential brands & clients
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline




Pitch our influencer marketing & digital marketing solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Convert leads into successful business opportunities
Work closely with the internal team to execute client requirements
Track follow-ups, negotiations and closures

What We’re Looking For
1+ ayear of experience in Business Development / Sales
Experience in a marketing, advertising, influencer marketing or digital agency is a BIG plus
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Confident with client pitching and follow-ups
Target-driven and comfortable with sales
Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
