To do HVAC system design, ensure energy-effective, sustainable, and code- compliant solutions aligned with Project requirements and interdisciplinary design objectives
Knowledge on design of HVAC systems including load calculations, ducting design, piping design, Ventilation calculations, Life Safety systems and equipment selections
Ensure design compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC standards, Local & international codes
Review and validate layouts, schematics, and system control strategies
Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure design integration
Conduct value engineering to optimize system efficiency and lifecycle costs.
Provide Technical support during construction, testing and commissioning
Provide Technical support during Tender preparations (DBR, BOQ, Layouts etc.,.)
Provide Technical support for BOQ reconciliations
Guide & develop the team for the department growth
