Role Description The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, providing end-to-end support for their real estate needs, and maintaining strong, ongoing communication. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their property requirements, presenting suitable options, coordinating site visits, and supporting negotiations and transaction closure. The role involves close collaboration with internal sales, marketing,



and operations teams to ensure timely responses, accurate information, and a positive client experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring consistent in-person interaction with clients and colleagues and participation in local market activities and events.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate or related sectors, with a track record of meeting targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple client engagements and deadlines.
Comfort with using CRM tools, office productivity software, and online real estate platforms to manage leads and client information.
