Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Configuration:
Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
Customize forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards to align with specific needs.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications as required.
Develop user stories and test cases to ensure solution quality.
Pre-Sales:
Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and understand business processes.
Assist in creating proposals and demonstrating the functional capabilities of Dynamics 365.
Provide estimates for solution configuration and implementation efforts.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
Proactively propose and implement improvements to maximize the value of Dynamics 365.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements.




Conduct workshops and interviews to understand pain points, goals, and desired outcomes.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement through Dynamics 365.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

Qualifications and Skills:
Functional Expertise:
Deep understanding of business processes and best practices in relevant industries.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet specific needs.
Understanding of data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
