Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting inside sales activities, and managing lead generation campaigns to drive learner enrollment and corporate partnerships. The representative will engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings, present Skillairo’s offerings, and maintain a structured pipeline in CRM tools.



Day-to-day responsibilities include nurturing leads, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outreach tools and CRM systems.
Proven Sales and Business Development abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders such as students, parents, and corporate partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and collaborating across teams.
