We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Technical Delivery Lead to direct the successful implementation of complex enterprise projects. In this capacity, you will serve as the critical nexus between business strategy, product management, and engineering execution.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can engage directly with technical intricacies to resolve impediments while applying robust product ownership principles. You will ensure that project scope is rigorously defined around business value, schedules and budgets are meticulously managed, and technical deliverables remain strictly aligned with the overarching product vision and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership & Strategic Alignment

Value-Driven Prioritization: Rigorously prioritize technical backlogs, balancing the deployment of new features against the remediation of technical debt and architectural enhancements to optimize return on investment.

Customer-Centric Execution: Maintain an unwavering focus on the end-user experience.



Ensure that technical decisions and system architectures directly support overarching product objectives and user requirements.

Strategic Translation: Bridge the gap between product strategy and engineering execution by ensuring development teams maintain a explicit understanding of the business context and strategic intent behind their work.

Stakeholder Negotiation: Serve as a proxy product owner when required. Effectively negotiate requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate critical trade-off decisions between business units and technical teams.

Delivery & Implementation Leadership

End-to-End Ownership: Assume full accountability for the technical delivery lifecycle, from initial scoping and design through to deployment and post-launch stabilization.
