Role Description The Maintenance - Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Jadcherla, responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across the facility. The role involves planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising equipment inspections,



and coordinating repair activities to minimize downtime. The Maintenance - Lead will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, guide the maintenance team in troubleshooting, and ensure that all work complies with safety and quality standards. This position also includes maintaining accurate maintenance records, optimizing spare parts inventory, and collaborating with production and quality teams to support smooth plant operations. The individual will be expected to lead by example, drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices, and support training and development of maintenance personnel.
