Assess client profiles and recommend suitable Canada or Australia pathways. N
Explain eligibility, process, documentation, timelines and fees clearly. N
Handle PR and Temporary Visa enquiries for Canada and Australia. N
Build a strong relationship with clients through honest and professional communication. N
Follow up consistently with interested clients and convert qualified leads. N
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. N
Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in the CRM. N
Coordinate with the processing team after enrolment to ensure a smooth handover. N
Keep yourself updated with changes in Canada and Australia immigration programs.

2–5 years of experience in Immigration Consultancy / Sales. N
Good practical knowledge of Canada & Australia PR and Temporary Visas. N
Strong communication and counselling skills. N
Comfortable discussing fees, handling objections and closing clients. N
Positive follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills. N
Target-oriented, confident and professional approach. N
Ability to explain complex immigration information in a straightforward and explicit manner. N
