nAs a VRD, you'll work at the intersection of business, consumer research, marketing, e-commerce, and growth, helping build and scale recent-age B2B and D2C ventures from the ground up.

Conduct market, competitor, category, and consumer research to identify recent business opportunitiesn
Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, pricing, and competitive landscapesn
Identify emerging categories, products, and consumer needsn

nVenture & Brand Building

Support the development of new D2C and e-commerce brands from idea to launchn
Assist in defining target audiences, value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market strategiesn
Work on product, SKU, pricing, and marketplace researchn

nGrowth & Marketing Execution

Support performance marketing, CRM, marketplace, and customer acquisition initiativesn
Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and revenuen
