NRole Overview
nWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele-counsellor to join our Admissions team. The role involves counselling prospective students and parents over phone, email, and chat — guiding them through our programs, addressing queries, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
NKey Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals N
Counsel students and parents on suitable programs based on their interests, career goals, and eligibility N
Handle inbound queries via phone, email,



and chat promptly and professionally N
Explain course structure, fee details, eligibility criteria, admission process, and scholarships N
Follow up consistently with warm leads to drive conversions and achieve monthly admission targets N
Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM N
Coordinate with the campus/admissions team for campus visits, document verification, and enrollment formalities N
Address objections and concerns to build trust and confidence in the university's offerings N
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the team lead N
Stay updated on all program details, fee structures, and policy changes. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, Communications, or related field) N
1–5 years of experiencein telecounselling, telesales, inside sales, or admissions counsell
