Job Description
We are hiring for an Engagement Manager - Technology & Product Due Diligence with a leading global strategy and consulting firm advising private equity investors and corporates on technology-led investment and transformation decisions.
nKey Responsibilities & Requirements:

Lead technology and product due diligence engagements, assessing technology products, platforms, and digital businesses.n
Evaluate scalability, architecture, technical debt, technology risks, and value creation prospects.n
Assess product architecture, cloud technologies, engineering organizations, application portfolios, and technology operating models.n
Support technology transformation and value creation initiatives across PE and corporate clients.n
5–12 years of relevant experience in Technology/Product Due Diligence, Technology Advisory, Transformation, AI, Enterprise Architecture, or related areas.n
Robust understanding of technology platforms, product development, cloud, and engineering ecosystems.n
Engineering degree required; Tier-1 MBA preferred.n
Prior consulting experience preferred, with candidates from EY-Parthenon, PwC Deals, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture Strategy, or similar firms preferred.n
