NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for an experienced Technical Program / Project Manager with a robust background in the Travel and Airline industry, particularly Passenger Service Systems (PSS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale transformation, implementation, integration, and modernization initiatives while managing stakeholder relationships, delivery governance, and cross-functional teams.
NKey Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Travel and Airline technology programs. N
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning. N
Work closely with airlines, business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and third-party vendors. N




Drive implementation and enhancement initiatives related to Passenger Service Systems (PSS). N
Coordinate multiple workstreams including Reservations, Inventory, Departure Control System (DCS), Loyalty, and Ancillary Services. N
Establish project governance frameworks and ensure timely status reporting to senior leadership. N
Manage program risks, issues, escalations, and mitigation plans. N
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews. N
Ensure successful deployment, transition, and hypercare support activities. N
Lead distributed teams across offshore, onsite, and client locations. N
