Role Description The Zonal Sales Manager for the Dermatology & Cosmetology Division will lead the build-out of a new business unit and drive sales growth across the assigned zone. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves developing and executing sales strategies, setting targets, and monitoring performance for dermatology and cosmetology products and services. The position includes managing and mentoring a zonal sales team,



conducting field visits, and building strong relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, clinics, and hospitals. The manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and medical teams to plan promotions, gather market insights, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and identifying current opportunities to expand market presence within the zone.
Qualifications
Strong sales leadership and team management skills, with experience handling zonal or regional responsibilities in pharmaceuticals, dermatology, cosmetology, or healthcare.
Proficiency in strategic planning, territory management, and target setting to scale a new division or product line.
Proven ability in relationship building, key account management, and stakeholder engagement with healthcare professionals and institutions.
