Role Description The HR Officer will work on-site in Rajkot in a full-time capacity, supporting the full spectrum of human resources activities for local employees. Daily responsibilities include implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and assisting in onboarding and induction. The role involves developing and updating job descriptions, supporting performance management processes,



and handling employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. The HR Officer will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements, coordinate HR documentation, and support employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to handle core HR operations.
Experience in developing, implementing, and updating HR Policies aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, including addressing concerns, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting conflict resolution.
Ability to create and maintain clear and accurate Job Description Development for various roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
