Role Description: The Corporate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Oshiwara. This position is responsible for driving corporate sales for Roswalt Realty’s projects, including identifying potential corporate clients, building and maintaining relationships, and closing high-value deals. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, conducting presentations and site visits, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, finance,



and operations to ensure smooth deal execution. The Corporate Sales Manager will analyse market trends, track competitors, and contribute to sales strategies and targets. The role also involves mentoring sales team members, maintaining accurate sales reports, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in corporate or institutional sales, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
Strong relationship-building, client management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage sales pipelines, prepare proposals, and deliver transparent, persuasive presentations.
Solid understanding of sales forecasting, revenue targets, and basic financial concepts related to real estate transactions.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
